Sanskriti Gupta is an accomplished young professional with over two years of experience in designing and implementing impactful programs across education, health, and environmental sectors. With a robust background in research, program management, and event organization, she has consistently demonstrated her ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and apply analytical skills to drive decision-making and program success.

Sanskriti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in International and Development Studies at the Geneva Graduate Institute, specializing in Environment and Sustainability. This combination of technical expertise and interdisciplinary knowledge has equipped her to address complex challenges in the development sector.

Throughout her professional journey, Sanskriti has worked with prestigious organizations such as NITI Aayog, where she conducted comprehensive research on energy trends, focusing on renewable energy and sustainable development. She has also contributed to the Central Square Foundation, authoring significant sections of a global EdTech report, and has collaborated with the World Health Organization to pilot policy frameworks in Tajikistan.

Her dedication to community development is further exemplified by her work with the Piramal Foundation as a Gandhi Fellow, where she led education initiatives in rural India, impacting thousands of students and teachers. She has also been a proactive advocate for the Global Schools Program under the UN SDSN, driving awareness about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through workshops and initiatives.

Sanskriti is passionate about fostering gender and caste equality and is committed to sustainable development. She enjoys experimenting with new ideas, exploring different cultures, and is driven by the desire to create meaningful, lasting change in marginalized communities. Looking ahead, Sanskriti envisions deepening her involvement in the global development sector, particularly focusing on interdisciplinary approaches to tackle social and environmental issues.
